  • ONE WRITE ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS

    The One-Write Concept:

    One-Write Systems use a special "pegged" writing board to align precision printed and punched forms in such a manner that multiple entries of the same information can be accurately written on two or more forms using a carbon or carbonless transfer of the image.

    Cash Receipting System

    Form # 1900

    Save two-thirds writing time with this efficient Cash Receipting System. You eliminate the old fashion receipt books that require transferring information from duplicate receipts to a cash receipts ledger and a bank deposit ticket as separate entries. With this system you make one entry on the Receipt and an accurate copy of the transaction is automatically transferred to the Deposit Listing Form and Cash Receipts Journal. To make a deposit, simply write the total amount of the deposit on a regular bank deposit ticket and attach it to the Deposit Listing Form.

    Combination Payroll Disbursement System

    Form # PD-18

    This popular check writing system is dully compatible with Safeguard. When used as a duplicate check system, you automatically provide a Pay Statement to the employee along with the Check. When writing disbursement Checks, the duplicate may be attached to the paid invoice(s). Balanced Journals are stored in a convenient post binder.

    Healthcare Accounting System

    This system is used in thousands of healthcare practices who prefer the copy machine method of billing. The Patient Ledger is designed to be imprinted with the practice name and is the proper size to work with your copy machine. The 276L System can be installed as a new system or you can order any compatible component to match your present system.

    Return Policy

    Returns must be approved within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned product is subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returned products must be in saleable condition. Imprinted or customer orders are non-returnable.

    PAYMENT TERMS

    Initial orders to be determined based on credit check. Fifty percent (50%) cash deposit may be required before shipping date if credit is not in fair standing. Balance COD via company check. Disregard if credit check cleared Southern California Computer Forms & Labels accounting department.

    ARTWORK

    Artwork/Composition: If (a) the artwork submitted by the customer requires modifications to files (fonts, logos, color separations, etc.) or (b) if the composed film submitted requires modifications or special handling, or (c) proofs required, there may be additional charges.
